ORGANIZATION AND PROCESS

The recruiting process can be daunting and overwhelming. We have developed a program to help student-athletes and their families to navigate the flow of the college search, club lacrosse, showcases, interactions with college coaches, and more.

During an initial consultation with the student-athlete and their families, we rank different criteria based on importance. Every situation is unique, and we are sure create a starting point with an understanding of what matters most to them. We dig deeper than just the lacrosse opportunity and dive into the school itself in regards to price, GPA, test scores, desired majors, and many more factors.

Our spreadsheet acts as a way to input data as we identify schools that match the student-athlete’s goals. From there, we are able to add on schools we come across as well as schools that reach out to our players based on their success on the field. Organization is a key piece of the recruiting process.

IDENTIFYING SCHOOLS

There are over 400 colleges that currently have offer NCAA varsity lacrosse. We’re able to assist in navigating the waters of finding schools that could be a potential fit for the our current recruits. From there, we assist in communicating with coaches, building recruiting profiles, and endorsing the players that we work with.

CONSULTING

After contact is made with certain coaches, we act as consultants to the student-athletes and their families. The decision on what college to choose comes down to both lacrosse and the school itself. We analyze every criteria to create a plan to assure that we assist in finding a student-athletes best fit for their future home.
